Swimming at Baywave

 We went to Baywave for a swim this week. The water was warm and I enjoyed floating around on a big blue mat. 

Research and Facilitation Goal

 I researched some calming activities on Twinkl and printed out some yoga moves. I then taught all my friends in the social group how to go through each move. It was pretty cool - I’m a yoga teacher now! 

Basketball

 We do all sorts of things in the Sports group on Tuesday afternoons. This week we played basketball.

Eco sourcing Manuka seeds

 I went for a walk around a part of the Gordon Carmichael Reserve with some friends this morning. We found Manuka plants and collected the seed pods from them to take back to the centre and hopefully grow our own Manuka plants.
