Pacific Park

I had a blast checking out Pacific Park with my friends, I really like climbing up high as I could and climb down again, The weather was nice and hot!!

 

Greerton Library

I had a good time at the Greerton library playing BINGO, I won the first round and the prize was a nice piece of chocolate, it was a lot of fun with my friends.

 

St Patricks Day fun

I had a lot of fun at the Greerton Library for St Patricks day quiz and craft day, I enjoyed doing the quiz and crossword puzzle, then a bit of colouring to finish off the morning.

 

Disco with dj spin

 I had a blast dancing to D.j spin's music. There was a good mix of songs. I danced up an appetite! 

Wharf near Matapihi bridge

I had a lovely morning near Matapihi Bridge with my friends, we walked, talked and enjoyed the scenery. 

 

Spca

I love helping out at the SPCA, doing Acts of Service, I especially like sorting the books, making them look nice and tidy.

 

Historic Village

I had fun exploring the Historic Village, hiding rocks we had painted for others to find, then I enjoyed a game of fish and Freeze.

 

The Strand, Waterfront Park

Beautiful morning enjoying & exploring the new Waterfront Park at the Strand, what a cool place to hang with my friends.

 

Kulim park

I had a lot of fun at Kulim Park with friends, enjoying the sunshine, it was so nicesmelling the bbq sausages and onions getting cooked before I got to have some fortune.

 

Volunteers

It was a lovely afternoon, helping clean the Garden, I filled my bucket up with weeds before disposing them.

 

Exploring TWINKL

Had a nice morning searching TWINKL for educational topics and themes that float my boat, like hobbies etc. next time I look forward to research “What’s on” in the community.

 

Blaze Gym

 I missed all my friends from Wilrose, so it’s been great to be back at work seeing everyone and back to routine. I’m excited for the year ahead.

KFC christmas Lunch

Today we celebrated our Wilrose Centre Christmas Lunch, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal then we had fresh cut fruits with ice cream. 

 

Keeping fit

Had a good sweat up at Blaze Fitness this afternoon, I really like the treadmill and the bike, and see if I can go further & further each visit.

 

Anzac Park + Paris themed Quiz

What a cool morning at Anzac Park, I enjoyed the Paris and Christmas themed quiz with my friends, I even showed off my breakdancing skills afterwards!

 

Creative Kitchen

I help make a lovely Steak meal with crispy potatos and a homemade gravy. it was very nice and enjoyable.

 

Trout Hatchery

I had a lovely day at Ngongotaha Trout Hatchery catching trout with my friends. I enjoyed having my picnic lunch before coming back to the centre.

Fergusson Park

I had fun today at Fergusson Park with my friends, I had a go playing Volleyball and flying the kite, the time went so fast, but it was nice to be out in the sunshine.

 

Sports & movement

I had fun playing tennis with my friends, practicing ball handling skills and keeping my eye on the ball.

 

Creating steak kebabs

  I enjoyed being in creative kitchen this week. I learnt what ingredients to mix together to make a home made marinate sauce, to put on the steak. Then I threaded the steak onto a skewer and cooked it in the frying pan. They were scrumicous!
